We have to start off of course with “The Big Dance” the Final Four…
UCS Lady Gamecocks took the victory over Mississippi in an exciting game (67 - 55). Mississippi came out with a bang and jumped to a 6 -0 lead and lead throughout the 1 quarter. But, as I expected the Lady Gamecocks dug in and played their game. Led by A’Ja they took the victory to their first championship. #girlsballtoo #sometimesbetterthanboys
North Carolina fellas did not disappoint as they took the victory over Gonzaga (71 - 65). Personally I was routing for the underdog the “Zags” and they fought a good fight but not quite enough to win. There were a couple of calls by refs that I think were off but it’s in the books now.
