Finding Neverland

My MacKid and I had the pleasure of seeing “Finding Neverland” at the Fox Theatre on Tuesday night.  We had no idea of what to expect and boy were we amazed.  If you didn’t know FINDING NEVERLAND is the Broadway musical that tells the fascinating story of how Peter became Pan. Based on the Academy Award®-winning film of the same name, it has been brought to extraordinary life by the team behind Shakespeare in Love, Chicago and Pippin.

We were mesmerized from the opening act until the finally.  Billy Harrigan Tighe led a cast with the most amazing voices and acting that made you feel as if you were really in London and totally apart of the making of Peter Pan.

As a single mom I totally related to the character of Christine Dwyer played by Sylvia Llewelyn Davies in trying to raise happy and loving children “who believe”.

My daughter, the mischief one, was totally engaged by Captain Hook played by Will Ray.

Packed with mesmerizing visuals, irresistible songs and plenty of laughs, FINDING NEVERLAND is a timeless story about the power of imagination… and spectacular proof that you never really have to grow up.

If you are looking for a comedic, musical, whimsically awesome play to take the kiddos too this is a MUST SEE.    Showing at the Fox Theatre May 16, 2017 - May 21, 2017 don’t delay….get your tickets.
